• No direct e-commerce transaction is completed through the website. Orders must be placed via WhatsApp or by contacting our sales representatives.

4. Product Listings and Information

• All products listed are indicative and subject to availability.
• Product specifications, visuals, and pricing on the website are for reference only. Final order confirmation will include up-to-date product and pricing details shared over WhatsApp.

5. Ordering and Fulfillment

• Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, phone call, or direct communication.
• Delivery timelines, availability, and applicable delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of order.
• Orders are confirmed only after acceptance of the terms shared by Karito’s team.

6. Pricing and Payment

• All prices shared are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Karito accepts UPI, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (where applicable).
• GST invoices will be provided upon order completion.

7. Returns and Replacements

• Any issues regarding the quality or accuracy of a delivered product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
• Valid photo/video proof must be shared for inspection.
• Replacement or refund decisions will be made at the discretion of Karito.

User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

• Fraudulent, misleading, or harmful behavior may result in blacklisting from Karito services.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

• Karito is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
• Liability is limited to the value of the order in case of proven product-related issues.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida
